He has carried out the statutory audit & management audit for various World Bank Aided Projects. He is having more than 18 years experience in the diversified fields such as construction industry, manufacturing industry, externally aided project audits, Bank audits, Preparation of Projects, carrying out feasibility study etc. He has experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, International Taxation, IFRS, Forensic audit, FEMA, Foreign taxation, Customs, GST, Robotic process automation, Block chain technology, etc. He is well versed with IFRS implementation of various International Companies and experienced in auditing World Bank aided Projects and ADB assisted Projects.

A commerce post graduate and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a qualified Information System Auditor (ISA) and a certificate holder in GST. She was elevated as a partner in 2013 and have worked with various state PSU's in computerized environment. She has more than 08 years of post qualification experience in different audit and other statutory compliances. Expertise in finance and operational management to ensure business is under control and implementing internal control to ensure adherence to compliance whilst minimizing business risk. He is having experience in working as Auditor in Khadi & Village Industries Commission; Ministry of SSI and ARI Government of India for more than 12 years. Further he worked with Al Hathboor Group, Dubai as Internal Auditor, in Emirates Flight Catering, a unit of Emirates Group as Finance Manager for more than 10 years and presently leading the Internal Audit & Risk assessment team of the Firm.
